More About Me

For over 10 years I have been working as senior team leader and organization development advisor in different projects in the context of international development. After having experienced the inspiring but also challenging ups and downs of management in large organizations, I decided to “step outside the box” and focus on my second passion: accompanying others in their personal and professional development.

Originally from Germany, I have lived, studied and worked abroad for almost 20 years – in China, Japan, Australia, Indonesia and Ethiopia. I am passionate about exploring new cultures and countries and feel that when we let us be inspired by differences and new discoveries, we grow as individuals, communities and societies as a whole.
