After having experienced the inspiring but also challenging ups and downs of management in large organizations, I decided to \u201cstep outside the box\u201d and focus on my second passion: accompanying others in their personal and professional development.<\/p>\n<p>Originally from Germany, I have lived, studied and worked abroad for almost 20 years \u2013 in China, Japan, Australia, Indonesia and Ethiopia. I am passionate about exploring new cultures and countries and feel that when we let us be inspired by differences and new discoveries, we grow as individuals, communities and societies as a
